• The above rates are based upon a minimum generation of 5 room nights per month. The hotel reserves the right to adjust these rates if the room night production falls below the agreed production. Please be informed that other meal arrangement(s) can be tailor made to suit your requirements however, kindly be guided that buffet meals require a minimum of 30 persons and above.

1. Meal vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
2. Meal vouchers are only valid as per the date stipulated on the voucher. Any unused vouchers are considered void and cannot be redeemed on any other day.
3. For every booking, a prepayment is required a day before the guest checks in. The hotel reserves the right to release all rooms not guaranteed by deposit unless a separate written credit agreement have been approved by the Hotel Management.
4. The Hotel Management must receive a written cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. In the event that the cancellation notice is not received by the stipulated time, the hotel reserves the right to forfeit the total deposit amount.
5. In the event that the reservation with guaranteed deposit fails to show up on the scheduled arrival date, the deposit shall be deemed forfeited.
6. Complete rooming list, should be received latest by 7 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival, which must also include the flight information, meals arrangement (if any) and estimated arrival time to the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to release all rooms and reservations made if the required information are not furnished on the stipulated time.
7. The Hotel’s Management reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alteration by the Malaysian Government and any proposed changes to the service.
8. Surcharge (RM10.00 per room per night) will be applicable during peak seasons, eve of and on Public Holiday (All Malaysia National Holidays, During F1 Period & School Holidays)

• Reservations will be held until 6:00pm after which it will be deemed “cancelled” and the room will be released unless guaranteed.
• Reservations through third party are required to show proof of affiliation with your company at the time of check-in to ensure that the special rates are accorded. The special rates are not applicable for bookings made by Travel Agents or other parties, which are subject to commission.
