Validity :- These rates are valid from 15^th January 2025 until 31^st December 2025.Payment Procedures-

Normal Season                – 07 days prior to actual check-in date

Peak & Festive Season    – 14 days prior to actual check-in date

• Deposit is non-refundable if balance of payment is due but not made and no advice received by the hotel from the agent.

Failure to comply with the above, the hotel will consider room reserved is null and void, room will be auto released without notification to the agent. Reservations and payment are to be made directly to the respective hotel at:-

Rooming List:-

Complete rooming list must be received at least 01 month prior to the arrival date in order for the hotel to furnish you with a Proforma Invoice for deposit or full payment. Should the agent be unable to provide a rooming list by the stipulated dates / period, a written confirmation via email or fax needs to be sent to the hotel to guarantee the booking, together with a 50% deposit of total rooms booked

Cut-off date for changed of rooming list is 03 days before the date of arrival

Check In / Out:- Check – out time is 1200 hours and check – in time is 1500 hours.

Family Plan

No extra charge for children below 11 years old occupying the same room as parents with the existing bed.
