Check-in/Check-out Time

• Check-in time shall be 3.00 pm (local time) and checkout time shall be before 12.00 noon (local time) on the relevant day.
• Should the guest arrive earlier they will have to wait until rooms are ready.
• Late check-out until 6.00 pm is charged 50% from the existing contract rate and after 6.00 pm will be considered as a full night charge.
• Any request for early check-in and late check-out will be subject to the Hotel’s sole discretion which shall be based on, inter alia, the Hotel’s room availability and prior notification request done on the relevant day.
• No deposit will be collected from the guest upon check-in. Miscellaneous Deposit will be on cash on delivery basis.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

• Any cancellation must be in written by email or mail or fax with and is subject to Grand Alora Hotel approval.
• After cancellation dateline or in case of no show; a cancellation or no show fee of one (1) night stay room stay charges will apply in the event of room cancellation within one week of scheduled arrival.
• Full room night charges in the event of non-arrival (no-show) on the day and space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
• 6pm cut-off time to release room booking to avoid any no-show case.

Terms and Conditions:

• Tourism Tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night will be imposed effective from 1″ June 2017. This Tourism Tax applies to rooms booked by tourists holding International Passports and will not affect domestic tourists or Malaysian permanent residents holding a PR status (INCLUDING COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS). All of the above room rates shall be payable in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) currency unit and are subject to Government prevailing ST (Services Tax).
• All accounts must be paid within 30 days upon receipt of monthly statement with credit limit of RM3,000.00nett per month

Extra Bed

• Extra Bed (Single) charges will be RM100.00 + per bed / per night inclusive of one (1) breakfast.
• Children of the age of 12 years old or younger sharing rooms with their guardian in existing bedding are free of any charges.

Children FOC

Children below theage of 5 years old will get complimentary breakfast and children between the ages of 6 and 2 years old will get 50% discount from the selling price
